The tickets will not be sent in paper form. Please bring your order confirmation with you. Using the order number, we can assign the type and number of your tickets quickly and easily at check-in.

Build up

Build up generally begins on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 – however, you can also build up on Tuesday. Please book the appropriate “early arrival ticket” in the shop.

Dismantling

Sunday, August 24, 2025 – the area should be cleared by 5:00 PM.

Costs

For the period from August 20th to 24th, the fee is: 60 euros per person (standard tickets). Children under 14 years of age may participate free of charge.

Arrival on Tuesday is also possible and will incur an additional charge of 10 euros per person (see Early Arrival Tickets).

If you can only come over the weekend, the Weekend Ticket is a good option, which we offer for 30 euros per person (see Weekend Tickets).

Day visitors pay a fee of 20 euros per person (see Day Ticket).

The official registration deadline is Monday, July 14.

Registrations after Registration deadline is generally possible up to one week before the start of the event, but due to the increased workload, an additional €10 will be charged, which must be paid on site.

Refund

All tickets are transferrable, but cannot be cancelled – we ask for your understanding. If the event is canceled for any reason, you will of course get your money back.

Food

There is no full catering. Please bring your own food. Our BoB tavern will provide you with inexpensive drinks. You’ll find various shopping options in the immediate vicinity of the event site – see the POI for more information.

Restroom Facilities

There are two showers, a stream, and several portable toilets on site.
